Q. How do I get started with your dropship program?
A. You will need to register for our dropshipping services - It does not cost anything! Just answer a few simple questions, then you will be ready to start immediately! When you have placed an order you will receive an Order Confirmation that will include an invoice. If this information is incorrect please contact us immediately, we normally ship within 24 Hrs.
Q. How and where do I sell products?
A. There is a vast choice these days like Ebay, Ebid, Amazon or even your own web site. Most important of all is that you sell the products you have chosen and only way to do this is to be competitive on the net. Its better to sell 10 items at £5.00 profit each rather than none at £10.00 profit each. Be competitive with your pricing just like us.
Q. Is there a membership, joining or sign up fee to resell your products?
A. There is no membership, joining or sign up fee to resell our products. You are more than welcome to copy the pictures & text from our web site, again, We do not charge a fee, all you need to do is complete the registration form and the order form when you are ready for us to process your order. I have just found your web site but have not got any time to dropship. Can I purchase some items for myself even though I dont want to dropship?
A. Congratulations on finding our web site and its very competitive prices. Yes you are more than welcome and may even consider droshipping in the future. We will still need you to register in the normal way by creating a new account. Please remember if you join www.dropshiponline.co.uk you are joining as a business. All transactions are and will be treated as business to business.
Q. How much does the postage cost and who do you use for shipping?
A. All postage/delivery charges for every individual item are on the same page at the bottom of the description of the item. We use both Royal Mail and Parcel Force delivery services. All items under a postage cost of under £7.50 are sent by Royal Mail. Royal Mail does not have zonal restriction or charge extra as long as it is delivered to an UK address. Royal Mail will deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands for the postage price quoted on the item description page. We use Parcel Force/Business Post/DHL for any item with a postage cost £7.50 or more. Parcel Force operates zones for different parts of the UK. 90% of the items we despatch go to Parcel Force Zone 1 so the postage charges stated on the description page will be as quoted. If however it is outside Zone 1 then further charges will apply. For a quick example. If you need to send an item to Northern Ireland. This is Parcel Force Zone 3.(For more information on Zones please click here) It would be the cost of the item, the items postage cost and the additional charge for Zone 3. Hope this helps. After you have used the site a few times it all becomes easier.
Q. How do I copy your pictures and description for my own use and have I permission to use them (Copyright and ownership etc.,)?
A. If you "right click" your mouse pointer on our web site pictures, a menu box will drop down. Select "save picture as" and save the picture to a folder on your computer’s C drive. Usually it is best to create a folder for all your pictures. We always try to give you as many pictures of an item as possible. The more pictures you have the better the items your advertising for sale will be explained and appreciated. The internet is not about touchy feely. The better items are explained and presented the more likely they are to be sold. More pictures, more details equals more sales. Permission to use our picture and description.
A. If you are buying and using our services you are more than welcome to use our pictures and descriptions. If you are not buying or using our services by using our pictures you will agree to accept a charge of £1,000 per picture and a £1,000.00 per description. All pictures and descriptions are encrypted so can be easily identified by us.
Q. How do you manage to sell your products for such great value?
A. It’s a lot of hard work, we buy directly from manufactures, major wholesaler in large quantities. We buy the quantity, get the right price and pass the savings onto you. Sound simple but a lot of hard and constant price checking and negotiations. This means we don’t deal with third parties, agents etc. therefore we have no commission to pay and by purchasing in large quantities it reduces the manufacturers costs. It is these savings which are then passed onto you.
Q. How long does it take to process & despatch orders?
A. Orders are usually despatched within 24hrs after they are received. Under normal conditions if an order is received after 14:00 it will be processed the next business day. During Bank holidays, post may be delayed by up to 36 hours.
Q. How can I contact Dropshiponline.?
A. The best way to contact us is by e-mail - we will endeavour to respond within 12 hours, however, incoming e-mail from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered. You can also visit our showroom (showroom visits are strictly by appointment only) - For details go to our Contact Us page
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we post and dropship worldwide. UK, Ireland and Rest of Europe are all ready made on the site so sending items to these destination can be immediate and done without having to contact us(applies to Parcel Force items only items with a postage of £7.50 or more). For the smaller items for outside UK i.e.: items of less the Â£7.50 in postage value please contact us for a quote. For the items with a postage value of £7.50 or more going outside Europe to what is known as the Rest of the World please contact us for a quote.
Q. What is the delivery time for orders?
A. Orders are despatched from our London Warehouse. Delivery days / times are determined by Royal Mail / Parcel Force normally between 1 to 7 days depending on your location.
Q. What is the quantity available for a product?
A. We stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities change daily.
Q. How do I know you are real web site and as good as you say you are?
A. We have proper business premises. Our address is on the contacts page. We have a phone number. 01895 632 831 between 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday. Give us a call to make sure there are real people at the of the line. The web site has over 1,500 current products. We are probably the best dropshippers in the UK. You can always find lot of our members on various auction sites advertising our products. Look at their feedback about quality of goods, sheer value for money and speed of delivery of our despatch. If this is not enough then the internet is probably not for you.

Q. How can we pay for our order?
A. We use PayPal as a payment method. Ideal for those of you with a PayPal account. PayPal accepts all the major cards Visa, MasterCard and debit card payments via their secure online payment method. All wholesale items are paid for using PayPal mass payment.
