The one way valve incorporated in the 2 meter long clear silicon tube prevents air returning into the brake system whilst brake bleeding.
How it works. Very simple, connect the bleed nipple connector to the bleed nipple. Connect your air line to the trigger assembly. Loosen the bleed nipple and depress the trigger on the unit. As the air goes through the unit it creates a vacuum and this is what draws the fluid through the brake lines. As the unit creates the vacuum, look at the clear plastic tubing that connects the bleed nipple to the unit. Once the fluid in the tubing is clear and with no bubbles in it, the brake system has been bled. Tighten the bleed nipple and then disconnect the nipple connector. Job done. Just repeat the same on the remaining callipers or drums to fully bleed the braking system.
Please Note:
Always start bleeding the brake system at the calliper or drum that furthest away from the master cylinder.
