Detect and deter cats from lawns, flower-beds and bird feeders using the Sonic Cat Repeller from Defenders. The motion-activated repeller detects animal movement and delivers a continuously variable sonic burst to deter cats without harm. Coverage area is up to 12 metres in a 90 Degree arc, creating a protected zone of over 12 square metres.

Siting instructions

Select the site worst affected and position the unit facing directly towards the area and within the 12 metres of it.
Ensure the unit is set up level, ie not facing either up or down, and that the unit is fixed or mounted so that the PIR lense is approximately 30 - 40cm above ground level.
For wall or fence mounting there is a fixing hole and screw-pack provided.
In areas of high activity or frequently passing traffic the optional mains adaptor (not included) is recommended to power the unit - see Power information below.
